Service Description

Homeschool P.E. is about so much more than just how physically active we are! We want to learn how to keep our muscles healthy and strong – which includes stretching, muscle strengthening exercises, elevating our heart rates and playing games. The class will learn that sitting all day can make them sick when they got older, and we need to start exercising now so they can be healthy for a long time. I will ask for opinions on what they want to include in the class so they are excited and feel like a part of the process learning how important it is to move our bodies!
