Please enter only if you have someone who has agreed to co-teach this class. If not helpers will be assigned to you.

We strongly discourage helper request because it makes scheduling more difficult. However we understand there may be certain circumstances that call for it. Please use this spot for someone highly reccomended in your class thats not co-teaching.

Cost of class per student. This is to cover and curriculum materials or uncommon supplies needed. If you are unsure if we will have certain supplies please reach out to check.

The maximum number of students you can handle in a class. We ask to accept 12-15 if able.

The minimum of students you need to keep the class.

What ages are appropriate for this class. (Ex: 6-8yr old's)

Please list any requirements for your class.....child must be able to read, child must be able use scissors, etc.
