Service Description

This class will focus on movement, mindfulness, and calming breathing techniques. They will be learning a flow that incorporates The Lord's Prayer. Along the way, they’ll be introduced to some basic pose names for example pada hastasana (pada means foot, hast= hand, asana=pose. so, the pose is lean forward and touch your feet). There will be no teaching of Hindu spirituality, no mantras, chants etc. Each child will get a yoga mat and will be responsible for bringing it to class. Kids should wear athletic/stretchy clothing.
